THE BEGINNING
Born during one of the most challenging times in the world, Jonobi Cakes began not in a bakery — but in isolation. In April 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, I, Bibo, the founder, was quarantined for nearly seven months onboard a cruise ship in Italy
That long period of stillness became the turning point of my life — a moment that planted the dream of creating something meaningful, something built from heart, hope, and creativity.
By November 2020, with no backup plan, limited resources, and unwavering determination, the dream of Jonobi Cakes officially began.
With the loving support of my family — especially Mom Jocelyn, who gave life to the name JONOBI — and the trust of our first customers, that small dream started taking shape.
Every order became a lesson. Every design became a new chapter.

As the months passed, Jonobi Cakes continued to grow — fueled by creativity, customer trust, and the desire to always create something better.
What began as a small home-based operation soon evolved into a brand known for handcrafted designs, thoughtful details, and cakes that truly connect with people’s most special moments.

Two years after that first step of faith, the dream reached a milestone.
The first Jonobi Cake Shop proudly opened its doors to walk-in customers — transforming a personal passion into a place where stories, smiles, and celebrations are shared every day.
